Kenny is a Support Technician I at ArcSource, where he handles support tickets promptly and delivers excellent customer service. His ability to explain complex issues clearly and his systematic approach to troubleshooting are key aspects of his role.

Kenny holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Rehabilitation Sciences from San Jose State University. Before transitioning into IT, he worked as a Personal Trainer, where he developed strong communication and interpersonal skills that enhance his effectiveness in his role.

Prior to joining ArcSource, Kenny built his technical expertise as an IT Technician. He holds a CompTIA Security+ certification and is currently pursuing his CISSP to deepen his knowledge in cybersecurity.

In his free time, Kenny enjoys spending quality time with his partner, playing video games, watching anime, and engaging in various sports, especially volleyball. He also enjoys tackling mini projects, such as fixing broken devices like game consoles and phones, and continuously expanding his cybersecurity skills.
