Joe serves as a Support Technician I at ArcSource.
Joe holds an associate's degree in systems administration from Greenville Technical College. Before joining ArcSource, he gained experience as a shipping clerk at a pack and ship store, where he also handled all their IT issues.
Joe has always been skilled with computers and enjoys troubleshooting and solving computer problems. Outside of work, he pursues hobbies such as building custom computer keyboards and exploring 3D printing. In his free time, Joe also enjoys playing video games.
