Jon serves as ArcSource’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, he oversees all service delivery teams and designs and implements ArcSource internal process and policy as it relates to service delivery. He is an operations and administrative professional with years of experience spanning various fields such as IT services, non-profit, law, and finance. Jon excels in boosting the operational efficiency and effectiveness of all staff in both leadership and support roles.
In his spare time, Jon enjoys composing and producing his own music. He also enjoys spending time with his cats Gold and Fafa, as well as time with his partner Henry. When he's not listening to a good album, he can be found playing and discussing video games with friends.
