Bataa is a Client Services Project Manager at ArcSource. He plays a key role in coordinating and managing projects, maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients, and supporting the onboarding process for new clients.
Before joining ArcSource, Bataa worked as a product and service specialist at Khan Bank, one of Mongolia’s largest commercial banks. There, he gained valuable experience participating in all stages of small to medium-sized IT projects—honing his ability to improve user experiences for both internal teams and clients.
Bataa holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and International Business from Hult International Business School in San Francisco. He brings strong project coordination and organizational skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, and a data-savvy mindset to his work. His technical skillset includes proficiency in Python, SQL, and R, and he is experienced with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, and ClickUp.
Originally from Mongolia, Bataa has a passion for learning about different cultures. Outside of work, he is a food enthusiast who enjoys trying new recipes and cuisines, and loves anime and movies.
