Jacob is a Support Engineer at ArcSource. As a part of the helpdesk team, he works directly with clients via phone and email to address their immediate IT-related concerns. His responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, and resolving issues related to computer networking, Microsoft Office, printers, and more.

Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Jacob graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2018 and studied Exercise Science with a minor in Business. He is CompTIA A+ certified and is currently pursuing certifications in networking and security. 

He leverages over 4 years of customer support experience — utilizing patience, determination, and a positive attitude to help find resolutions to problems. Assisting others with computers is a fun and different challenge for him everyday.

Jacob spends his free time backpacking, running, tinkering with his ham radio, going to concerts, and road-tripping.
