Daemon started working with ArcSource in November of 2006. Before working with ArcSource, he worked in large corporate IT environments, but discovered that he preferred working with small businesses due to the interpersonal nature of the work.
Daemon studied Business Marketing and Advertising, but quickly shifted his focus to IT. Having worked in a customer service driven industry before entering the IT field, Daemon recognizes that customer service is the most important aspect of delivering IT solutions. For Daemon, the client relationship takes center place as he focuses on solving the day to day problems of his clients.
When not working with computers, Daemon enjoys listening to music, riding his mountain bike, and having fun in the kitchen.
